In Memoriam

In Loving Memory of Daniel K. LeBeau

Founder, Mentor, Friend – 1960–2025

A tribute to the life, legacy, and lasting impact of Daniel Kevin LeBeau—trusted CPA, family man, adventurer, and community leader.

A life of Purpose & Passion

Born in Klamath Falls, Oregon, and raised in Shingle Springs, California, Dan LeBeau lived a life full of drive, compassion, and commitment. His early love for sports, music, and motorcycles shaped his adventurous spirit and tenacious work ethic.

After graduating from Ponderosa High School in 1978, Dan earned a spot on the Boise State University football team and helped lead them to a National Championship victory in 1980.

Education & Career

Dan completed his Bachelor of Business Administration at Boise State and went on to receive his Master’s in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He returned to Boise with his growing family and founded LeBeau & Associates in 1990.

Over the decades, Dan became known not just for his tax expertise, but for his integrity, empathy, and service-first approach to helping individuals and businesses navigate complex financial challenges.

More than a CPA

Dan wasn’t just a brilliant accountant—he was a dedicated husband to Cindy, a loving father to Craig, Kelli, and Cortney, and a doting grandfather. He was an adventurer at heart: a pilot, a Harley rider, a river guide, and a world traveler who embraced life’s every thrill.

Those who knew him personally will remember his warm laugh, firm handshake, and unwavering commitment to faith, family, and fairness.

A Legacy That Lives On

Dan’s values are deeply woven into the fabric of LeBeau & Associates. His son Craig carries on his work and vision, upholding the same principles of transparency, client care, and dedication that Dan championed from the beginning.

He inspired not only our clients, but our entire team—and his legacy continues to guide our mission every day.

Forever in Our Hearts

Dan LeBeau passed away unexpectedly on February 10, 2025. Though his absence is deeply felt, his presence lives on through his family, his firm, and the countless lives he touched.
